Cancellation
In case you need to cancel your appointment at short notice due to Covid-19 related symptoms, a long-term medical condition which varies from day to day or because you are pregnant, we are happy to review the cost of your treatment on a case by case basis.
NO REFUND
Lateness
It is important to keep to the agreed appointment time and duration. We appreciate that you may sometimes arrive a little late or need to leave earlier than planned. This is fine but we cannot make up for the missed time by overrunning or adding time to subsequent appointments.
